Day 3 - A Short one from Kyoto

Well yesterdays late night resulted in this mornings' late morning, hotel check out and 10am with quick route plan to the Shinkansen to head to Kyoto, departure time 11.18am, loads of time. Travel app said 10 minutes, it actually took over an hour, and my god we made it onto the train with only 3 minutes to spare, but I only stacked it up the station stairs once! So sadly no Bullet train pictures today, but I will make up for it I promise.

Much better weather today, highs of 25degrees with a slight breeze, lovellyyyyyy. I have been to Kyoto before so I stupidly forgot to take the usual tourist photos at most points, but we are here until Saturday. The street food we found looked amazing but it was all fish products, if you could call some of it fish, no thanks. I mean who would come to Japan and not like fish? oops.

I unexpectedly found a Nintendo store with this huge Mario head, which was the highlight of my day. Do you think it will fit in my case?
